I'm trying to host a Server on a Mac with my IP Address, how do I make people connect to the server? Is there a special hosting program for a Mac (other than programs like Hamachi), I'm also in a wireless connection. My server is a copy of RS2How to host a server on a Mac?
It really depends on what you want. What type of server are you looking for? Do you want to host a website? then you can use apache. If you want to host files then there are plenty of FTP available for Mac.
Also hosting a server on wifi is not a really good idea. It will reduce the speed and reliability of the server.
