All you have to do is pray to the person who has passed over. Believe
it or not they can hear you. Ask them to give you some sort of sign that
they are ok. They may give you a sign in a dream, or music or TV or
anything, you just have to pay attention.
It is not against God in any way. Just pray, it'll work, you'll see.

it is said that king solomon once asked a woman who can contact the dead to contact one of Gods dead prophets. although solomon banned necromancy, it seems like he got curious and wanted to know certain things. he disguised himself and looked for the woman and when he found her, the woman made contact with one of the prophets. the woman was so afraid for she realised that the person she contacted was infact one of Gods prophets. she also realised that solomon came to her disguised as someone else. the prophet then spoke to solomon and told him that he has done a terrible deed and for that he was punished. If I remember it right, Solomon's punishment was his kingdom will become seperated ( i forgot the others).
A person who is dead must not be contacted coz they are already resting and have found peace. lets put it this way, you are in a middle of a deep sleep then somebody wakes you up. you will become mad at that person coz youre sleeping and youre sleep is discontinued
also dont contact the dead coz if they want to tell you something, they will contact you.
I am wiccan but a lot of my family is christian and they say this is ok.
Just find a quiet place and meditate so that your mind is clear and your completely calm. Ask god to let you communicate with this person if it is possible and then just continue the meditation until you feel that you have accomplished your task. thank god.
I use this to ask the goddess but I'm sure if you believe in god he will listen.
There are no possible ways to do that are neither pagan nor Satanic. No body had ever proven that they have been able to contact the dead. Its better that you stay away from practices like this because they seem to challenge the authority of God.
You cannot talk to dead people. They are dead. Not living. They cease to exist. Do you actually know what the word dead means?
