How to connect a PC to a HDTV?

I am running Windows XP SP2 with Windows Media Player 11. I have a Pioneer Elite Pro 1140D, and I was hoping somebody could shed some light as to how to connect my PC to my HDTV through a CAT5 cable and make it work?





Also how do I get Windows Media Connect started? People tell me it's already installed in WMP 11, if so do I need to get it started?
